By installing or using XFaceoff — Official ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app is an offline scorekeeping and challenge tool for friendly sport contests played by people passing one device between each other. It is entertainment software, not a measurement instrument, medical device or coaching service.

Challenges such as push-ups, planks, sprints, 5K runs and step counts involve physical effort. You take part at your own risk. Know your limits, warm up, stop if you feel unwell, and consult a doctor before starting any new physical activity. We are not responsible for injuries or damage arising from activities you choose to perform.

Player names, challenge rules, scores and records you enter stay on your device. You are responsible for keeping them and for anything you choose to type into the app. Uninstalling the app or using "Reset all data" permanently deletes them.

Do not use the app for harassment, wagering that breaks local law, or in any way that endangers other people. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

The app, its name, design and built-in challenge templates remain the property of their developer. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including lost records or inaccurate timing.

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. The current version always appears on this page with its "Last updated" date.
